Do I need any mechanical
skills?
For gas or electric scooters you should have at least a basic
understanding of bicycle mechanics or know someone that does and will

to aid the manufactures support staff in diagnosis, should
that need arise.
You
will need to complete assembly.

handlebars, accessories or other parts may require
assembly and installation by the end user. Upon completion of
assembly you need to check ALL nuts, bolts, fasteners etc. for proper
tightness. Inflate
the tires
on your new gas or electric scooter to their proper inflation psi.
PSI value is in your owners manual and is also molded on the
side
of the scooter tire.
Make sure the main fuse is installed, Charge the batteries for a
minimum of 8 hours before you ride the electric scooter.
You will need to maintain
your gas or electric scooter.

maintenance will include but is not limited to, checking all nuts and
bolts for tightness, adjusting chain or drive belts, adjusting brakes,
maintaining proper air pressure in your tires and repairing a flat tire.
