products ship the fastest usually within 12 to 24 buisness hours of order
placement.
Razor products can take 3 business days to process through their
warehouse.
Back
Orders A backorder is your agreement to pay for
the merchandise now and receive it at a latter date when it becomes
available for shipment. Shipment dates on back orders are subject to
change. Back orders are shipped in the order they are received.
Products
shipped
on Pallets
Some larger or heavier units are shipped
strapped to a pallet and require special home delivery handling such as
the use of a lift gate truck. If this type of freight shipping is
necessary for the unit you wish to buy it will be clearly stated on the
product information page for that unit.
Most palletized freight shipments are sent through R&L Carriers
except deliveries in California.

What
if I'm not shipping to my billing address?
If your order is shipping to an address other than the billing address
on your credit card, we may
contact you for additional verification. This helps prevent fraudulent
use of your credit card.
Can I
change the ship to address
Most of our fraud prevention efforts and your credit card companys
authorization for your purchase is based on the information entered
into our secure shopping cart. Based on the forgoing,
our
policy is not to change the ship to address after processing your order.
Tracking
my shipment.
When we receive notification from the
warehouse that your order has shipped we
will send you an e-mail containing your order tracking number and
instructions for it's use. You can then follow your order's progress in
real time on the carriers web site throughout the shipping process.
This email will also contain important support instructions.
