Order Cancellation
Before your order ships you may cancel with no cancellation penalty.
Orders canceled after they have shipped or orders refused on delivery will be subject to the following...
$18.00 payment processing fee.
All shipping, re routing or call tag costs incurred by BestScooterBuys.com.
Shipping is a service provided by a third party for your benefit, these charges are not refundable.
Even though some special offers are advertised as providing you with "free shipping" the shipping costs are included into the total purchase price and are non refundable.
Home delivery shipping charges on pallet shipments are not refundable.
When the merchandise has been received and inspected a refund, less applicable fees will be processed within 10 business days.
Returns and Refunds
You may return your unused scooter, in it's original container, shipping paid, within 5 days of the time you received it (see gas scooters exception below).
The following terms and conditions apply to all electric ride on scooters and toy returns.
The item must be unused and in new condition.
Merchandise must be in its original carton along with all items originally shipped in that carton to be eligible for refund. 
Shipping, and handling fees are not refundable. Even though some special offers are advertised as providing you with "free shipping" the shipping costs are included in the total purchase price. These charges are $30.00 per unit shipped ground and are non refundable. Actual shipping charges on freight shipments and home delivery charges are not refundable and will be withheld from your refund amount.
You are responsible for return shipping costs to our return location.
Bank and e store processing fees.
The actual bank and e store fees incurred in processing your payment method are not refundable.
Return Policy on Gas Powered Items
Same as electric with the following exception.
We cannot accept returns of gas powered items once they have been fueled.
Shipping regulations prohibit shipment of small engines and fuel tanks that have contained or been exposed to combustible fuels.
Before returning your scooter you must obtain a return authorization number.

In the mail to window enter your complete name, address and the address where the merchandise was shipped to if different from yours and a brief reason for return.
When returning an order You are responsible for:
Returning the product in new, unused condition.
Your return must arrive unused in its original packaging, complete with all accessories and user manuals.
Paying all costs for return shipping.
BestScooterBuys.com does not make arrangements for or pay for return shipping
Writing the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number clearly on top of the package.
No returns will be accepted without the return authorization number clearly displayed on the outside of scooter box.
Freight collect or C.O.D. deliveries are NOT accepted.
After 5 days RMA's will not be issued. 

Shipping damage must be reported to the manufacture within 24 hours of delivery
Missing Parts or Documents.
You must contact the manufacture to obtain missing parts or documents. Please see the following for the manufactures contact information.
1. The "Tracking" email sent to you when your order shipped
2. Your Owners manual

Warranties
The warranties offered on merchandise sold by BestScooterBuys.com are provided by the Manufacture of that item.

BestScooterBuys.com will extend to its customers the manufacturer's warranty on merchandise purchased from us. However, we make no warranty, expressed or implied, as to the merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose of the merchandise that we carry, or sell.
Your warranty provider is the manufacture of your item.

Each manufacture has assumed the sole responsibility for the execution and fulfillment of their respective warranty. 
Warranty Replacement  Parts Availability
All scooters and parts are warehoused in the U.S.A. and generally in good supply.
If a part is not available you will be placed on backorder for that part and it will be shipped to you when it becomes available
Merchandise Specifications and Descriptions
All unit specifications and descriptions contained in their individual descriptions including but not limited to speed, distance per charge and climbing ability are provided to BestScooterBuys.com directly from the manufacture. BestScooterBuys.com does not guarantee the accuracy of these or any other specifications given on this site. All pictures are used for display purposes only and may vary slightly from the actual merchandise you receive.
We reserve the right to cancel or void any order for any reason at any time
Rider Age Requirements
You should check with your local law enforcement agency before purchasing about age requirements for riding electric or gas scooters. Some states may have laws restricting the use of scooters on public streets, generally all states allow them on private property such as campgrounds, parks etc....but many states have age requirements and most states require helmets and protective equipment to be worn by certain age children. Pocket bikes with racing slicks should not be used on wet or slippery roads. Please always scoot safely. Know your laws before you go scooting. We will not take back a scooter if you find your laws do not permit your child to ride it. Check first.
Damage Disclaimer
The buyer assumes full responsibility for damage, injury or death to any person, property or thing while using, allowing usage of, repairing, maintaining, parking, storing or any other act that may occur related to merchandise you receive as a result of ordering from this site.

Governing Law.
This Agreement and the legal relations between the parties will be governed in all respects, including validity, interpretation, performance and effect, by the laws of the State of Colorado.
The parties expressly and irrevocably consent and submit to the personal jurisdiction and venue in the Courts of Jefferson County, Colorado.
Purchasing from this web site whether by phone or on line constitutes your agreement with and acceptance of the above terms and conditions.
