Tracking my shipment.
When we receive notification
from the
warehouse that your order
has shipped we will send you an e-mail containing your order tracking number
and instructions for it's use. You can then follow your order's progress in real
time on the carriers web site throughout the shipping process. This email will
also contain important support instructions.
If you have just received your tracking number and it doesn't display tracking results on the carriers web site see below.
Tracking numbers will not appear in the FedEx or
DHL system until they have been scanned at the terminal. This process may not
occur for several hours after you receive your order tracking number.
Please allow sufficient time for their system to be
updated.
